    "content": "In processing the Bill, the Committee invited memoranda and comments from members of the public as stipulated in Article 118 of the Constitution and from stakeholders. This was done through advertisement in the print media. Only one organisation, the SRC came up with a memorandum. We sat down with them and they gave us their contributions which we took into account when drafting this Report. We agreed with their presentations that it should take 28 days for the CS to receive names of nominees."
