    "content": "Section 9 on the aspect of a chairperson of the commission vacating office by virtue of expiry of their tenure of office was missing and someone could have easily played games with it because of the missing provision. The original provisions that were given under Section 9 of the Act were that one would vacate office by virtue of death, by resignation and removal via other grounds. Someone could easily say that tenure of office is not a reason for vacating office. So, the amendment cures the lacuna in law."
