    "content": "The second aspect is on the expiry of the term of commissioners. Recently, the term of the Inspector-General of Police expired. The law is clear that a day before the date you were sworn in, your term expires. Even for this particular one, the term for the commissioners and the chairperson of the Commission will expire in six years’ time, just a day before the day they were sworn in. I thought there was another amendment that talked about polishing the Bill so that instead of having the Auditor-General of State Corporations, we have the Auditor-General provided by the Constitution of Kenya, 2010."
