    "content": " I am not a Member of this Committee but it is a good amendment. It is short and clear, and I support it. However, on the Chairperson’s term of six years, when we get to the committee of the whole House, I may propose that if a chairperson is seen to have done a good job, we give him an extension of three years because we have had people who do exemplary work. As my colleague has mentioned, there is the example of the National Police Service Commission (NPSC). If someone has done a good job, there is nothing wrong for us to extend his term in office."
