The County Statistics Bill, Senate Bill No.9 of 2018 seeks to establish a system for the county governments in terms of collection, compilation, analysis and dissemination of statistics information that will assist county governments in planning and measuring their socio-economic development. As you are aware, statistics is a concurrent function between the two levels of government.
