    "content": "Clause 13 requires the County Statistician to develop code of practice for departments and agencies of the county government. We also need to amend Clause 15 which deals with the confidentiality of information obtained by the County Statistician. We also need to amend Clause 7 to be in agreement with the Access to Information Act No.31 of 2016. All these are amendments which we have proposed to move at the Committee of the whole House."
