    "content": "The CAK and the Ministry, on matters relating to ICT, should formulate and publish regulations for provisions relating to critical infrastructure, which I mentioned earlier under the Computer Misuse and the Cybercrimes Act, 2018 within six months. The CAK should review the current licensing regime within six months and report to the National Assembly on measures taken to ensure equity in issuance of licences. Some operators have said that it looks like there are those who have advantage over others. We want to monitor this and see that people are treated equitably."
