    "content": "Regarding mobile money services and the rates involved, we request the CBK to regulate them, so that we can enjoy what other banks are giving to their customers. The rates that are charged by many MNOs are exorbitant. We established that from the submissions given by the various MNOs. With those remarks, I beg to second and thank the Committee for a job well done with regard to the enquiry into the dominance of MNOs. I thank you."
