    "content": " Hon. Members, I see no further interest in contributing to the proposed amendment by Hon. T. J. Kajwang’. Hon. Members, for obvious reasons, I will direct that the necessary motions on completing the matter of the proposed amendment will be undertaken at such a time when this matter will be listed again for consideration in the plenary. Therefore, I direct that we proceed with the Motion without the amendment until such a time that those steps will be taken and the House will make a decision in one way or the other. For the moment, we shall proceed with the Motion as it is without taking into account the proposed amendment. I will give the opportunity to Hulufo Oda, the Member for Isiolo North."
