    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute on this Motion about the Report of the Committee. I have not had time to peruse the Report. As you are aware, I just arrived in the country this afternoon. Having looked at it, I find this Report very important. If pursued and the recommendations implemented, it will go a long way in ensuring there is order in the industry and the players are organised. It will also ensure that the users benefit in all manner and this country also moves forward in terms of telecommunication, internet and business through mobile money. This is important to this country."
