    "content": "One of the key issues in this Report is the rate. This is not limited to Kenya, but the entire region. We move around the East African Community, IGAD countries and the East and Central Africa to do business, but sometimes communication is very difficult within the region. I do not understand because in Europe, you enjoy mobile communication, but when it comes to our countries in East Africa, it is very expensive. When you go to Tanzania, you find it very costly even to receive a phone call from Kenya. The same case applies to Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. In fact, Burundi is very difficult. You do not even get network. You do not receive calls because it costs Kshs80 to receive a call in Burundi."
