    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, apart from the noise, you should also direct that at least they facilitate Members to be able to access Parliament with so much ease. When I was coming, I could not access the road from City Hall. The stern mean-looking gentleman told me that it does not matter who I am even if I was a commissioner. It is only that I do not have the demeanor to take him on. On behalf of my Members who are supposed to be provided with services and facilities as their principal custodian of those facilities, please, direct that if they are practicing here, they should know that this is someone’s property. It belongs to Members of Parliament. They cannot tell women legislators to park at Intercontinental Hotel and walk all the way in the sunshine and in high-heeled shoes. It is very unfair."
