    "content": "Given his capacity, and the fact that the nominee for the position of IG rose through the ranks very fast because of knowledge – he even joined the forces when he was so qualified – we want him to be at the level where Kenyans want him to be. He should be independent. He should also ensure that his power is exercised with respect to law and order. That is what the Constitution demands of him. He should balance the powers that have been given to him under the Constitution. He should balance between power and responsibility to the people of this beautiful country, Kenya."
