    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I had a situation in Turkana County, where a child was killed by people who thought that he did a bad thing to them. I called the Officer Commanding Station (OCS) to have these people arrested. However, up to today, nothing has been done about it. This is probably because I did not give them something in that particular case. I find that the police only need to be motivated by what you give them, and then they go to work. If you do not give them that motivation, they cannot do anything."
