There are instances when women have gone to report rape cases, and in most cases you hear them say, “I will never go again.” Others say that they were mishandled by the police. I ask the incoming IG of Police to look at these areas that need a lot of attention. This is because if you hear a section of society saying that they cannot report something to the police, it is because of an experience that has not been good."
