    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is good that we are moving away from that and we are giving police officers house allowances so that they can live amongst the people. It, therefore, brings another challenge, because we know that police officers are supposed to be armed and taking care of us day and night. The proposed IG of Police has found himself in a situation where the police are being moved out of their official houses. In my opinion, I hope that we can still have houses for those who must be on duty during emergency situations."
