I support it because to me, it is an extension or a further Bill that will realise public participation on matters that concern counties. This is a Bill that goes ahead to further bring to life the provisions of the Constitution in as far as public participation by the citizens is concerned. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Constitution of Kenya 2010 put the citizens at the centre of every development undertaken and every decision-making process.
