    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to join you in welcoming these very brilliant Kenyans from Kakamega County. I do so in a separate capacity as the Chairperson of the Caucus of Young Senators, the under-35 and the Senator for Kakamega County happens to belong to that caucus. On his behalf, I want to welcome these young brilliant Kenyans and to wish them the very best in their life ahead, requesting them to do their best. They should always put their best foot forward and never take “no” for an answer. Let them continue dreaming the impossible and one day they will achieve it. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
