    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I thank Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. for raising this important issue of great national concern. Article 143 of our Constitution only gives immunity to one person from proceedings in court. That is the President of the Republic of Kenya. The only person who cannot be charged in court during the period when he is in office is the President of the Republic of Kenya. We have issues of governors being charged but we need to remember that anybody else can be prosecuted."
