However, I trust the Senate will take up this matter and ensure that service delivery to the people of Samburu County is not affected. However, I note that it is important that the objective of this Statement is not to invoke Article 192 of the Constitution but rather, to make sure that the Samburu County under this crisis delivers services to her people."
