    "content": "Secondly, you cannot have proper oversight without information. Majority of our people do not know how much money has been budgeted for their counties and wards. That is why I had a very passionate appeal that we do not treat the money that we have secured for county oversight as just money to go around. It must translate to actually giving proper information to the citizens."
