    "content": "When you talk about public participation, there is need to ensure infrastructural development for the purpose of ensuring that members of the public can meet somewhere and be informed about what they do not know or the amount of money allocated to their county. They need to look at the budget and question it because they have a right to do so. The power lies with the people and not the governors or anybody else. So, there is need for them to be told rightly what is happening."
