"content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, we are dealing with a very critical nominee and we have all the time. Why should we subject Members to five minutes? Parliament has been accused of being a rubber stamp when it comes to vetting of nominees. I do not think we are in a hurry. If my very good friend, Hon. Pukose wants to speak for five or three minutes, he is at liberty to do so. However, he cannot curtail other Members, including me, who want to speak for 10 or 15 minutes. The choice is his. Hon. Pukose can even speak for one minute."
