Deputy Speaker, with the greatest respect to the Leader of the Majority Party, the President of the Republic of Kenya is the Commander-In-Chief of the Defence Forces but not the NPS, which is under the National Police Service Commission. It is a service. It is no longer a force. I do not think that should come from the Leader of the Majority Party. We should not leave it on record. It should be corrected and expunged."
