    "content": "In the interest of time, it is very important to account for every Kenyan. As the Leader of the Majority Party has alluded to, extrajudicial killings must end. We must be a society that operates within the law and the Constitution. If someone has committed an offence, however big it is, he has to face the law in a court. You should not have him killed and dumped somewhere."
