    "content": "Before I give a chance to the next Member to speak, let me introduce students from Mpeketoni Boys High School, Lamu West Constituency, Lamu County and Mbondoni Secondary School, Mwingi West Constituency, Kitui County, seated at the Public Gallery. The constituency is, of course, represented by Hon. CNN. There are pupils from Bishop Lawi Imathiu Primary School, North Imenti Constituency represented by Hon. Rahim Dawood. Luckily, Rahim Dawood is top on the list and, therefore, he will speak as his students are in the Gallery."
