    "content": "There is also the issue of investigations. Many cases are reported to the police force about young girls who are raped, but investigations are always done shoddily. People bribe and cases go under with inadequate investigations being done. We look up to him as the women of this country to stand with us and make the police service effective. I am sure this is one of the best rewards the President has given to the community. The nominee comes from Mwala, where I also come from. We want him to do us proud. It is not an easy job. A lot of commitment is needed and he has to make sure that he delivers."
