    "content": "He should also ensure that he beefs up the police service. There are many areas which have many officers and others do not have. For example, there are many police officers who were transferred in my constituency, but they were not replaced. So, the few who are there are overstretched. He is coming when his table is full. He has a lot to learn from the previous regime. He also needs to focus on investigation. He should revamp the forensic laboratory, so that we have officers who have competence in investigating violence against women, theft of cattle and house raids."
