    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Ministerial Statement that has been sought by hon. Imanyara is about a matter of great national importance. It is not in doubt that in that same area, Kenyans lost lives and property. From what the Assistant Minister has said, it is quite clear that he has certain information which he would like to treat as classified. Can we go back to the Standing Orders, which allow the same Assistant Minister to issue the same Ministerial Statement in camera? He can ask you to ask the Press to leave, so that he can answer this Question to the satisfaction of hon. Members!"
