    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank the Chair for donating one minute to me. From the outset, I want to take this opportunity to support the appointment of Mr. Mutyambai as the third IG under the new Constitution. Looking at his experience and CV, I think he is well versed in matters police. Therefore, it is important that as he comes in, he upholds the issue of open-door policy which has already been said, acknowledge and work with all stakeholders. The issue of extrajudicial killings is a key thing Members have spoken about. I want to ask Mr. Mutyambai as he settles down to deal with this issue. All members of the security forces do not have answers to this issue. I want to urge him to have an answer and solution---"
