    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. From the outset, I want to say that Mr. Mutyambai has a lot of issues to sort out in the force and particularly, the welfare of our police officers. We have officers who have been in one grade for more than 10 years and this is very unfair. Look at the issue of housing. Remuneration has to be taken care of so that we can offer the best to our security officers in this country. If we do not take care of our police officers, then they cannot perform well. So, we need to address this well. Corruption is the elephant in the House and Mr. Mutyambai has to do something. He has to support the DPP and DCI without politics…"
