Speakers, I am delighted to update this House on the progress we have made in fulfilling our international obligations and positioning Kenya as a leader in the region, continent and globally. Kenya has always and will continue to fulfill her international obligations as a responsible Member of the Community of Nations. We do so, conscious of the fact that fidelity to international law and commitment to our international obligations is critical to the structured management of international and diplomatic relations and will promote our pursuit of common interests with other States."
