    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will start with the question by Mr. Pesa. This is not a simple matter. I have directed that thorough investigations be done in order for us to take action on what is on the ground. After getting the investigative report, heads will roll. The Government is on the ground and investigations are going on. As for how long it will take, I would not say here because it will depend on what tangible evidence the police will have come up with. Whatever they will come up with is what will make us take action which will include deregistration, cancellation of licences and arrests. So, it is a weighty matter and not as simple as one would think."
