    "content": "Order, the Member for Karachuonyo! Hon. Members, I could see the Member for Karachuonyo was desirous to sit next to Hon. Millie but somehow he did not make it. Hon. Members, as you all know, under Standing Order No.31, any Member may move that the House do now adjourn, and if in the opinion of the Speaker the reasons given are not vexatious, frivolous or an abuse of the proceedings of the House, the Speaker may proceed to put the Question without debate. Having been persuaded that the reasons for which the adjournment is sought also affect the House and, therefore, indeed for the orderly conduct of business in the House tomorrow I put the Question."
