    "content": "We protest over the planned enforcement of this policy and issue a stern warning because 80 per cent of the population in this country are farmers. Out of that 80 per cent, over 75 per cent use organic fertilisers. Not all farmers can afford the fertilisers that are bought in shops. This is a policy that is being pushed by cartels who import fertilisers. We must stop them and ensure that this does not take off. I thank Sen. Wetangula for this Statement. We support it and I want to urge the Committee that is concerned to move with a lot of speed for this not to take place."
