    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. Anything organic is the way to go and any other decision is a board room decision. If you call it academic, then I do not belong to that group of academicians because it is wrong for the Ministry to put aside the organic use of the manure. From my professional angle, as a doctor, we know that the non-communicable diseases like cancer that we are seeing today are a product of the chemicals and the denatured type of soils and the foods that we eat. Therefore, when the debate will be on the Floor of this House, I will speak in depth on this and discuss what we ought to do. Regarding suicide, more than 90 per cent of Kenyans are depressed and some of them commit suicide depending on the degree of depression.
