    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I also want to add my voice on this important Statement. We need be careful about those people who amend laws, which are going to affect the lives of Kenyans, from the back door. Manure is a natural resource and it is a source of money. Being in a country where the Government may not be able to supply fertiliser for everyone in the village, we need to encourage our farmers to use this manure instead of banning it. I tend to think this is economic sabotage to some farmers and, therefore we need to be on the look-out regarding this law."
