    "content": "When I hear anyone talking against manure, I remember the time when people said that the Blue Gum Tree was very bad for the environment yet the rich people were the only ones who were planting them. I have no doubt in my mind that this is a cartel movement run by people who want to take advantage of the poor by supplying them with these other fertilizers which are imported, Madam Temporary Speaker, It is time that we audit these Government policies and compare with the legislations which are there. I was asking about the Agricultural Act and because it has been amended so many times, I am sure the original one had issues to deal with manure or the traditional organic manure was part and parcel of the original Act. This is a terrible policy that should not be allowed in this country."
