Madam Temporary Speaker, the Speech by the President was a summary of the three very important Reports. It is my suggestion that the relevant Committees handle the various issues. The Report on National Values and Principles of Governance should be handled by the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights; the Report on Progress Made in Fulfilling International Obligations of the Republic of Kenya and the Report on the State of National Security be handled by the Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations."
