I thank the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security for bringing sanity, especially in Nairobi. Some years back, you could not walk even for 100 metres without being mugged or pick-pocketed, but nowadays, things are a little bit better. I would request the Minister and his team to pull up their socks and roll up their sleeves and try to bring sanity in the Ministry."
