    "content": "My only problem with the process is that it may come out too late in the day, if there are measures that will be undertaken either by Parliament or some organs of Government, such as what people have been talking about - a referendum. If these will be done in anticipation of the next election, then time is not on our side. If they will end up making legislative enactments, again, time will not be on our side."
