    "content": "As I speak now, farmers are still delivering maize to the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB), but they are not being paid. People are dying in Turkana, Samburu and Tiaty Constituency in Baringo County yet there is surplus food in the North Rift. The People who are coming up with funny proposals in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation should be taken to other Departments. Maybe they do not understand what agriculture entails, but I hope the President will remain focused on food security which is one of the Big Four agenda.
