    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Finally, I am able to speak. I stand to make my comments known with regards to the speech made by the President during the State of the Nation Address. I was not privileged to be present when it was made but I followed it closely. I was away representing my country at the African Union (AU). I was part of a delegation of Members of Parliament from different countries in Africa whose purpose was to defend and follow through some approvals with regard to the African Union Disability Architecture (AUDA) and the Continental Plan of Action on the Elimination on Violence against Persons with Albinism (CPAEVPA).
