    "content": "The President also told us that Vision 2030 is on course. In this mid-term of the Vision 2030 we are dealing with the Big Four Agenda which is agriculture (food security), health, manufacturing and housing. I would like to focus on the issues of agriculture and health which are devolved functions. I would urge the Executive to ensure that the funds that belong to the health and agriculture sectors, that are stuck at the parent Ministries, be released so that these functions are achieved."
