    "content": "Therefore, I would like to repeat what I said here when we were discussing the hunger in Turkana. As we are looking for fellows who are draining or killing the economy of this country through corruption, if we hear that a Kenyan has died of hunger anywhere in this country, we should take the governor to jail because we have given them resources. If the national Government has not taken food to your county, go for it where it is. It is in the stores. I want again to be on record; in Mwea, there was some bumper harvest of rice. Farmers do not know where to sell the rice yet people are still dying of hunger. This season there will be another bumper harvest in Mwea. We want the Government to buy all that rice and put it in the strategic food reserve so that Kenyans do not die of hunger."
