    "content": "The other day, I was watching a television documentary and I saw a small group of people that started cleaning Nairobi River which has now turned it into a park. Now, people have parties there because the river has been cleaned. That is the kind of message we should send to our people. I applaud the President on that, and I hope that as leaders, we will take these matters seriously."
