    "content": "I hope that, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Coordination of Government; Dr. Fred Matiang‟I, who was tasked with supervising other Ministries, will push contractors so that they deliver projects on time. There is no point of a person signing for a contract and given money for a project that they are supposed to complete within 24 months but they take about 48 months to complete. That slows the development pace in this country and impacts negatively on the desire to ensure that we attain Vision 2030."
