    "content": "As we recess today for two weeks, one week of the recess will actually be a busy working week. We will go to the Lakeside City of Kisumu to congregate with the Members of County Assemblies (MCAs) from the whole country, numbering close to 1,600. This will be a major boost to Kisumu as a City and the conduct of business in the Senate. I encourage colleagues from the Senate to not only go to Kisumu to engage the MCAs from their counties, but also those from other counties. We will be meeting with speakers and clerks from county assemblies. It will be a major event, as we have witnessed previously in Mombasa."
