    "content": "I urge the Committee that will deal with this matter not just to investigate but obligate the Ministries concerned or any other body such as the National Land Commission (NLC) to pay the owners of the land because whenever there is a conception of a project, land compensation is normally part of the cost of that project. This should also cover other parts of the country. It should not just be Taita-Taveta and I thank our distinguished colleague for bringing this Petition to the House."
