"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, issues of the common mwananchi must be taken seriously. This morning again, we have had a fire in Gikomba. We are tired of coming here, talking about Gikomba fires. If it was Karen Mall which was burning, the issue would have been resolved a long time ago. The police keep telling us that they are investigating but for the last six or seven years, an investigative report has not been brought to this House. As a result, we, as leaders, are even embarrassed to go to the ground and tell people: ― Poleni tena, this has happened.‖ Traders were evicted in Westlands and along Outering Road, but to date, they have never been compensated."
